I returned that dress more than three weeks ago due to poor workmanship. It was a major defect that should not have gotten pass quality control. I also emailed you when the item arrived to inform you of the poor tailoring. Not only did I not get a response regarding my email, I have yet to receive acknowledgement of my return or my refund.
Consumers, when possible take care to make sure the retailor you are purchasing from can be contacted. More importantly though make sure customer service is one of the company's priorities. Unless I have overlooked something, Concrete Rose has yet to acknowledge or process my return mailed back to them 3 weeks ago.
